This project placed a tiny new living unit atop an existing single car garage structure. The new unit is only 295 square feet, with a 54 square foot sleeping loft tucked up under the vaulted roof. All the finishes, fixtures, and furnishings for the ‘coach house’ were carefully selected by the owners to create a stylish and serene retreat. They rent it out on AirBnB, so you too can stay there if you like.
